1. Agreement to Terms

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of cc6ph6 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

cc6ph6 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

13. Amendments to Terms

cc6ph6 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes wil l be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. 14. Severability
